Minnesota’s Talent Pipeline: Critical Transitions & Disparities

This is a static copy of a blog post that we published in June of 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. It was one of the first times that RealTime Talent introduced the Minnesota public to the concept of talent pipeline management and fully described the "leaky pipe" graphic that had been used in our ecosystem since 2016. Although no single graphic can illustrate all the nuances of opportunity, it is helpful to quantify the talent pools available at critical stages of training and education.
