RealTime Talent’s Senior Director of Strategic Research, Erin Olson, received the Rising Star Award from the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation (VHEDC). VHEDC gives this award annually to individuals under the age of 40 who demonstrate outstanding leadership that benefits the community and its citizens. Erin and the other recipients were honored on June 8^th at the Vadnais Commons during the Business Appreciation Event which was sponsored by BizRecycling and Ramsey County Workforce Solutions. VHEDC has been one of RealTime Talent’s longstanding partners and we are grateful for their partnership and their important work.

In reflecting on receiving the Rising Star Award, Erin stated that she feels fortunate to work in a field that she is passionate about with others who are equally committed to the work. She shared that receiving the Rising Star award tells her that she is doing the right work with the right partners and reassures her that together, we’re all making a big difference!
