RealTime Talent formed as a public-private collaboration
In August 2015, Minnesota Philanthropy Partners Foundation offered fiscal support and 501c3 status to the new organization, RealTime Talent. We have further defined and expanded our role to include implementation of a pilot project to bring new and innovative job matching technologies into the online job search marketplace. The new platform in Minnesota is called the RealTime Talent Exchange, launched in February of 2017.
In January of 2018, RealTime Talent transitioned out of the Minnesota Philanthropy Partners Foundation to the Minnesota Chamber Foundation, where we continue the work of bringing together education, workforce, economic development, and private industry leaders to address our state’s looming talent shortage.
RealTime Talent’s 2017-2018 focus includes establishing itself as a public-private collaborative “hub” for data innovation and exploration, including:
