A cross-section of government, higher education, community, and industry
RealTime Talent Board members are not elected, but join our organization because of their interest in leading our efforts. RTT follows a unique “pay-to-play” concept developed by the Itasca Project that ensures board members provide both leadership and financial investment in the work and tools of RTT. RTT’s board policy includes:
- Members represent the workforce development, economic development and education ecosystem as providers or employer association representatives.
- Members provide statewide representation through their organization or as a selected designee of a group of regional organizations.
RTT does not otherwise limit board membership, and is open to new industry groups or service providers.
