The Advisory Council consists of visionary leaders committed to supporting the efforts of RealTime Talent.  These leaders contribute to the strategic planning and operational priorities of RealTime Talent.  Advisory Council members invest financially as strategic partners of  RealTime Talent and engage in workgroups to execute key initiatives.  Advisory council members represent the workforce development, economic development, and education ecosystems as providers, employer association representatives, or as key figures within their industry.  This unique model not only reflects RealTime Talent’s dedication to building alignment with these ecosystems, but also the commitment council members have to building Minnesota’s workforce and a prosperous economy.  Advisory Council membership is open to new industry groups or service providers as approved by current members.
